1. Who may use CityStalker
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using CityStalker, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to accept these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or verification codes. Notify us promptly at support@citystalker.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Using the service
CityStalker enables visitors to ask city-specific questions and locals to share replies. You agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access without permission, impersonate another person, or use CityStalker to harm others.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the questions, replies, and other content you submit. You grant CityStalker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service.
You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not violate the rights of another person. You may report content that you believe violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.
5. Moderation
We may review reports and restrict, hide, or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the safety of the community. We may take action without prior notice when reasonably necessary.
6. Account deletion
You can delete your account from the Profile screen. Your authentication record and private profile will be deleted. Public contributions may remain as anonymized content attributed to “Deleted User” where necessary to preserve the integrity of discussions, unless the content is removed through moderation or must be deleted by law.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms as CityStalker evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
CityStalker provides community-generated information that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Verify important information independently. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and contact
