Include your username and a short description of the issue. Never send your password or verification code.
Account access
Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to request a password-reset email. Check your spam folder and confirm that you entered the email used for your account. If you still need help, contact support.
Reports and safety
Use the report option beside a question or reply to notify our moderation team. For urgent account or safety concerns, email us with the relevant city, question title, and username.
Delete your account
Open Profile in the app and select “Delete Account.” Your authentication account and private profile will be deleted. Public contributions may remain as anonymized content attributed to “Deleted User.”
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability requests, email us from the address connected to your account. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
